Due to the challenges of the new virtual reality, the team needed to carry out the organization with a lot of attention, creativity and engagement. This recipe proved to be the correct one, as the atmosphere was interactive and inspirational. The summit gathered more than 100 prospective and active project managers, connected by their passion in the area. PM Days 2021 took place as a two-day virtual event, made-up of panel sessions, workshops, presentations, but also wellness activities. We had 16 external and 15 internal lecturers and facilitators who managed to create an inspiring atmosphere and opportunity for networking even remotely. Thanks to the received positive feedback we are happy to mark the second edition of PM Days as a site-wide event and success!
