Naiden Kostadinov will lead the Tax and Legal services of EY for Southeastern Europe
Naiden Kostadinov is the new Tax and Law Service Line Leader of EY for the Southern Cluster within the EY Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe and Central Asia Region (CESA). This cluster includes nine countries: Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Malta, Moldova, N. Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo.
Naiden Kostadinov will be responsible for the overall development of the EY tax and legal services and for improving their effectiveness in line with the goals of the firm in each of the markets.

Naiden joined EY in 2001 as part of the Assurance team, where he gained extensive professional experience in providing audit and related services to leading local and multinational companies. He became Director in EY Strategy and Transactions department, where he led financial, tax and legal due diligence and restructuring projects in Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Norway, Albania and Kosovo.
In 2013, Naiden became the leader of EY Accounting and Payroll Services department which grew significantly under his leadership. Three years later he was admitted as a partner and in 2019 became Tax and Law Service Line Leader for Bulgaria, N. Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo.
Naiden Kostadinov is in charge of providing accounting, statutory reporting, payroll and tax services to companies in a very wide range of industries, including information technology, telecommunications, shared services, pharmaceuticals, financial institutions, energy, oil and gas.
Naiden has a Master's in Accounting and Control from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. He is a certified public accountant, a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Bulgaria.
