The technology and consulting company DIGITALL, was recognized as the “2022 Accelerate Innovation Partner” for Germany at the first Microsoft Act to Accelerate Awards. Microsoft launched the Act to Accelerate initiative last fiscal year. With the initiative, Microsoft, together with its German partner companies, wants to set an example for a positive future and concentrate on five focus areas: innovation, trust, sustainability, culture and empowerment, which are important for economic growth and sustainable progress of the society. This year, for the first time, Microsoft is making awards as part of this initiative to recognize the most committed partners.
DIGITALL received the “Accelerate Innovation Partner” award for Germany in recognition of the company’s excellence in providing innovative and unique customer solutions stepping on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. With the introduction of Dynamics 365 Sales at Lufthansa Cargo, DIGITALL reduced the customer's costs by up to 30% and made the processes more efficient. As a result, the customer experience and journey were improved and operations were streamlined. DIGITALL helped Lufthansa Cargo to modernize their CRM system aligned with the company’s digitalization strategy.
