During a virtual ceremony on 19 August Modis Bulgaria was recognized with a gold award in the category “Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation” by the prestigious international Brandon Hall Group’s 2021 Excellence Awards.
For the first time in history the company has been awarded by the Brandon Hall Group thanks to its outstanding achievements in the learning and development field in the past 18 months.
Every year Brandon Hall Group recognizes the most successful projects for learning and development, human resource management, leadership development, diversity and equality, candidate attraction and development within organizations from all around the world. This year the event was marked by a record number of nominations and participants, among which were some of the biggest and most popular brands globally.
The category won by Modis Bulgaria awards the best practices for implementing L&D technologies, realized by the company in the past months. Among the successful projects of the team are the design of an entire new strategy for learning and development, the digitalization of all related processes, as well as the adaptation of all current and new initiatives to the work environment and organization. The company is one of the very few in Bulgaria with such a great number of initiatives, projects and programs, devoted to learning and development of talents from all levels in the organization (managers, team leaders, software developers, Cloud engineers, specialists with language or technical skills, operational teams, system administrators, etc.). The jury outlined not only the planning and implementation of the projects, but also their measurable impact on the business and the company.

In addition to this great recognition in the end of August Modis Bulgaria also won bronze awards as Employer of the Year by the Stevie Awards for Great Employers and as Company of the Year by the International Business Awards.
The company was recognized both with the projects implemented since 2020 to attract and develop the best talents, and the effort put to support all partners and clients globally.
It is also mentioning the two individual recognitions that company representatives received from the Stevie Awards for Great Employers – Borislava Dyakova, HR, Legal Director, for HR Executive of the Year (Gold) and Polina Dekova, Marketing Manager, for Internal Communications Specialist of the Year (Bronze).
