A Data Pro to open office in Burgas this spring

The leading company in the field of knowledge-intensive services is set to open a new office in Burgas. The office will open its doors in the spring of 2021 with an initial capacity of 50 people. Besides the upcoming opening in Burgas, the company already has offices in Sofia, Veliko Tarnovo, Plovdiv and Vratsa. Despite the fact that managing more offices will call for better coordination and  communication of internal processes, A Data Pro has shared that the investment is worth it:
"What is important for us is the efficacy and satisfaction of the employees, which is powered by a good balance between work and personal life, without the need of giving up their social circle," A Data Pro HR Director Milena Ilieva said.

The office is located in the newly built Burgas Congress Center, which provides a lovely work atmosphere with an amazing sea view. The office will also be available to all of the company’s employees, regardless of what office they are based in. This way, employees will have the chance to not only spend more time near the sea, but also build personal contacts with their colleagues. Of course, this will only take place after anti-pandemic measures are lifted.

Currently, almost 90% of the employees work remotely, but the company remains flexible and provides the opportunity to work from an office to those who want or need to. "In our company, we believe that today, more than ever, is important to be together. The time spent in the offices is an important factor for effective communication and cooperation, sharing ideas and their successful implementation,"Milena Ilieva added.
