For over a decade now the Business Services Organization in Sofia has been playing an essential role in supporting business growth across the markets of the company, ensuring quality service delivery coupled with standardization, process optimization, automation and high level of governance and controls.
For 10 years BSO has grown eight times bigger, now being a diverse team of 23 nationalities and supporting us in many areas of Finance, Procurement, Human Resources and most recently, some of the Route Settlement and COGS planning processes.
