The first “Diversity at the Workplace” award was given for the impactful projects and initiatives on local level led by the internal resource groups – Young Employee Network Bulgaria (YEN), Disabilities Network | Bulgaria (DNB), Women at Work Bulgaria (W@W) and HPE Gives | Bulgaria.
The prize “Investor in Human Capital” goes to the cross company mentoring program “Incredible YOU” led by Women at Work Bulgaria in collaboration with the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria. This is a joint program that develops and connects female talents from different industries aiming to support their career and personal growth as well as contributions to society.
