Looking at the current labour market trends, together with flatexDEGIRO we have realized that even though there is a growing need for programmers, there is a limited ability for IT candidates with limited experience in programming to start their careers. This is how Java Traineeship came to be.
The 3-month long program will start in October, and we are currently in the process of recruiting candidates to join. It will be full-time, and all the trainings will take place online. The program is not only free but during its course the participants will be paid a salary. As part of Java Traineeship participants will have the opportunity to develop high-performance solutions, delve into the different phases of the software lifecycle, manage the development and optimization processes, and learn how to be part of a team while supporting them throughout the course.
Who can apply?
We are looking for IT and programming enthusiast who are ready to dig deeper into the world of Java. Participants should have at least 6 tо 12 months of experience in working with Java. The program will be led in English, so excellent command of English is a must. Other than that, we are looking for people with strong written and verbal communication skills who can collaborate effectively on a breadth of technical topics and are motivated and committed to learn and grow in the field of Java development.
