They empower women to take senior management decisions and promote the good work-life balance”, said the Minister during the awarding ceremony.
While awarding Experian Bulgaria, the Deputy Minister shared that they were impressed by the fact that Experian Bulgaria implements its culture of diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels of seniority and in all of the company’s internal processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, learning and development, and many more. The council was also impressed by all the internal campaigns and initiatives, that the internal Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the company creates to encourage this great culture.
