Experian Bulgaria was recognized with an award for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by the Ministry of Labor and Social Politics

Experian Bulgaria was among the 5 organizations and companies in Bulgaria that received an this year’s exemplary badge of honor by the Bulgarian Ministry of Labor and Social Politics for the company’s overall diversity, equity and inclusion policy. The global leading information services company received the award in June from the Minister of Labor and Social Politics, Georgi Gyokov and the Deputy Ministers, Julieta Varlyakova and Ivan Krastev during a dedicated ceremony in the Ministry of Labor.

“The policy of equality and inclusion covers all areas of life and is a necessity that helps our society progress. The prize winners receive this award as they promote equality between men and women in various aspects. They empower women to take senior management decisions and promote the good work-life balance”, said the Minister during the awarding ceremony.

While awarding Experian Bulgaria, the Deputy Minister shared that they were impressed by the fact that Experian Bulgaria implements its culture of diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels of seniority and in all of the company’s internal processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, learning and development, and many more. The council was also impressed by all the internal campaigns and initiatives, that the internal Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the company creates to encourage this great culture.
