their growing collection. This time, during the ceremony for this year’s Employer Branding
awards organized by b2b Media, Pontica won silver in the category of “Emerging Leader”
with their employer branding campaign for their office opening in Burgas.

In May 2022, Pontica opened its fourth office in Bulgaria, this time in Burgas and has

• The successful establishment of strategic and sustainable partnerships with local
institutions and organizations
• The investment in the learning and development programs for new hires
• The development of engagement activities fostering a healthy and thriving work

As a result, in the 3 months of the campaign duration, Pontica successfully established and
trained a team of 50+ experts and is currently in the process of further developing their
operations. In 2023, the company plans a new strategic investment in Burgas and the region
and foresees the opening of 50+ additional job positions.
