2023 is already remarkable for the Bulgarian outsourcing provider Pontica Solutions. Continuing its growth and expansion as one of the top-tier BPO and ITO services in the outsourcing market, the company received several notable national and international recognitions in the month of March:
· Pontica was recognized by Financial Times in their FT/Statista ranking as one of the 1000 fastest-growing European companies. The company is one of only four Bulgarian businesses included on the list and the only Bulgarian one operating in the outsourcing industry.
· Pontica added another Stevie® Award to their growing collection. This time, at the 2023 Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service they grabbed the Silver in the category “Customer Service Training Practice of the Year” with their successful project for one of their US high-tech clients.
· During the official ceremony of InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA), Pontica was rewarded with a class A certificate for their new investment project in Burgas Class A certificate is issued by the Minister of Economy as a tool to promote priority investment projects. With the project, Pontica aims to continue developing its operations in the sea city and the region and plans to double the available job positions.
Up until now, the company has invested 11 000+ hours in training and upskilling and will carry on with their Learning and Development program for their new joiners this year.
