Modis Bulgaria is Now Akkodis Bulgaria

The new brand Akkodis, combining Modis and AKKA Technologies, has been officially registered in Bulgaria.

On the 28th of July 2021, the Adecco Group announces its intent to acquire AKKA Technologies and combine its business with Modis. On the 24th of February 2022, the deal is closed and exactly one year later Akkodis officially steps on the Bulgarian market with the rebranding of Modis Bulgaria, which is now Akkodis Bulgaria.
