The Salesforce Project Lab program, organized by IT Academy (part of the Talent Acceleration Center at SoftServe University) aims at educating and nurturing talents interested in Business Management Systems and CRM.
This 2-month program that started in November, received over 50 applications of which 12 candidates got the chance to join, participate in exciting trainings learn about business and service management processes and gain industry-specific knowledge to help them kick start their career in IT. Upon finishing this training program, the graduates will have broad career opportunities with a longer span and get access to global markets and future-promising projects.

And the great news about the Salesforce Academy program is that after successful completion of training program, graduates may get the chance to start their full-time Salesforce career within SoftServe and learn from the best.
SoftServe IT Academy is a platform for students and university graduates to improve their IT skills. In a short period of time (2-4 months) students can improve their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a number of IT specializations.
Last year, SoftServe IT Academy has graduated 55 students, 45 were hired to SoftServe. On a global level SoftServe IT Academy have trained over 7,000 graduates and IT Academy courses are available in more than 35 directions.
