Applications Now Open for the AIBEST-FEBA Master’s Program
The Master's Program, created by AIBEST and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) at Sofia University, is tailored to meet the needs of the modern sourcing and offshoring industries. The program combines theory with practical application, preparing future leaders for roles in project and operations management.
Launched in 2020, the program already boasts a vibrant alumni club of current and former students who have successfully advanced their careers or launched their own businesses. Graduates gain skills in:
Advanced economic theory applied to outsourcing and offshoring
Project analysis and management techniques (e.g., PMI, ITIL)
Data and process design, analysis, and evaluation
Sector-specific business understanding
Time, stress, crisis, and change management, negotiation, and communication
Students also receive PMI Project Management Ready™ certification as part of their training.
How AIBEST Members Benefit:
Companies can upskill employees or support the program by encouraging executives to join as guest lecturers. The program is ideal for developing mid-level managers and future industry leaders.
