For the fourth consecutive year Manpower Bulgaria conducted the annual HR Screening survey in partnership with the Bulgarian Association for People Management and Assert International Bulgaria.
With over 200 respondents from 21 different locations across the country, representing more than 15 different business sectors, some of the key findings of the analysis show:
Decline from last year in the percentage of companies that do not have an HR team or department (2023 -25%, 2024 - 8%)
A trend towards establishing HR teams as strategic departments within organisations, not just as administratively engaged people
A clear expectation that employee engagement and satisfaction should be the primary focus of HR professionals.
