Modis Bulgaria with a Key Role in the Global Campaign of Mercedes-EQ Team in Formula E – Lead the Charge
Being an official engineering partner of the Mercedes-EQ Team in Formula E Modis has a key role in the technical innovation process and the performance of the team during the racing competition. In the beginning of June 2021 both companies launched a global campaign in search for tech and engineering students, graduates or anyone with a technical background who was looking to make an exciting move into motorsport and join the racing team for one season. Just within few weeks the campaign attracted 2020 candidates from 66 different countries around the World. The fact that applicants come from regions where Modis or the Adecco Group are not present at all is a proof for the great impact that Lead the Charge has made globally. Modis Bulgaria has not only attracted a significant number of candidates but also has played and will still have a key role in the preselection of applicants until hiring the best one of them. The lucky candidate will have the chance to work alongside Team Principal, Ian James, and be at the heart of the sustainable future of motorsports, based in Brackley, UK, with frequent international travel and weekend races. Ian James from the Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team is more than enthusiastic: “When we first partnered with Modis, we knew that one of the key things they would bring us was the ability to find people with highly specialised technical skills. These are not easy to find, particularly in such a competitive field as Formula E. This specific role is particularly exciting because it is all about developing talent for the future, and we are both very focused on building a more sustainable tomorrow.” Modis Bulgaria keeps developing tech solutions for partners and clients, leading businesses across various industries. The company is specialized in delivering software development, network support, Cloud, data infrastructure, service desk and BPO solutions which turns it into a key global tech delivery center for Modis.
