TELUS Days of Giving: Beekeeper for a Day 2.0 Wins Gold at the International CSR Excellence Awards 2024

TELUS International Bulgaria announces that one of its emblematic TELUS Days of Giving volunteer events - Beekeeper for a Day 2.0 has been awarded Gold at the prestigious International CSR Excellence Awards 2024. Among over 500 nominations, this event was recognized as the leading social responsibility initiative in the Service Industries Sector & Volunteering category.

Beekeeper for a day vol.2 gathered over 300 volunteers dedicating nearly 3,000 hours to building new homes for 3,000,000 bees, supporting 50 family apiaries across 14 regions in the country. These bees will pollinate trillions of flowers and agricultural crops annually, making the event one of the most impactful volunteer events about biodiversity in the country.

This achievement reflects the significant impact of the initiative in partnership with Istinski Med Foundation and the dedication of all team members involved, marking a notable progression from last year’s Bronze award.
