"The outsourced services industry forms 3.5% of the labor market in Bulgaria, and even in the challenging 2020, we continued to hire people. More than 81,000 people are employed in the sector. We will continue to be an attractive force for talent and a preferred employer because of the development opportunities we provide to young people. That is why Sofia University is our natural partner in preparing talents for our industry. We believe that the good cooperation between the business and the academic community is the right step towards retaining young people and their development in Bulgaria", commented Iliya Krastev, Chairman of AIBEST Management Board.

The curriculum has a strong practical focus and aims to build skills and competencies for solving real business problems in various areas of outsourcing and offshoring. All courses are led by specialists with extensive experience in the academic field and representatives of AIBEST member companies.

The deadline for applying for financial support is September 24, and details on the curriculum can be found on the website of Sofia University.
