Sofia Municipality has launched a targeted survey to assess the implementation of the Sofia Digital Transformation Strategy (2020–2025) and to help define priorities for the next strategic period.
The survey aims to collect structured feedback from the business and technology community on:
the effectiveness of current digital policies and measures;
the quality of e-services and open data;
the conditions for developing Sofia’s digital and innovation ecosystem.
The collected input will contribute to shaping concrete priorities for improving electronic services, creating a more predictable and supportive business environment, and strengthening Sofia’s position as a leading digital city in the region.
