Diversity, equity, inclusion, volunteering – all these values are deeply embedded in HPE culture on global and local level. Thanks to joint efforts, dedication and endless energy in 2023 HPE Sofia site team members has implemented fundamental projects which have been recognized by the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria’s (CWBB) during their National Awards 2023 and by the Bulgarian Donor Program (BDP) on their 18th annual awards ceremony.
The “Diversity and Inclusion” program of HPE Bulgaria has been awarded by the CWBB with 1st place in the category “Inspiring diversity, equity and inclusion initiative at the workplace”. Another #1 company award went to the HPE Women at Work Bulgaria resource group for their program “The power of inspiration – HPE Bulgaria Women at Work and Women Leadership in Business”. Both projects are focused on creating equal opportunities for all as well as developing women talents in business.
The award “Best donor program” by the BDP recognized the overall volunteering program of HPE Gives Bulgaria group. They support different initiatives which contribute to education, society, environment and other.
Apart from being valuable these recognitions are another motivation for all team members to be a force for good. With joint efforts 2024 can be even more successful! Onward!
