We have already established strong partnerships with the biggest universities in the country, with our common efforts resulting in 2019 with the launch of the first Master's program dedicated to outsourcing at Sofia University.
The success of the program is guaranteed by the number of experienced professionals from our member-companies endorsing this initiative. They join as lecturers, and are committed to boosting their employees' career prospects by signing the up for the "Outsourcing Projects and Companies" Master's degree.

We closely collaborate with the Ministry of Education and Science and the result of our joint efforts are two national educational programs, where AIBEST is a partner and co-organizer.
The newest one started in 2019 - "The IT Business Teaches" („ИТ бизнесът преподава"). Comprising three platforms, it aims to prepare high school students for a career in the sector and familiarize teachers with current trends and standards through work on real business cases and projects.
