We partner with leading universities in Bulgaria to develop specialised programmes that bridge academic knowledge and real business practice. Master's Programme "Outsourcing Projects and Companies"

Developed jointly by AIBEST and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", the Master's Programme prepares the next generation of managers and business leaders in the business services and technology sector.
Participants combine academic knowledge with practical business experience, learning directly from industry experts and executives from AIBEST member companies.
The curriculum covers project management, digital transformation, IT service management, leadership, HR, business innovation, and international management standards, while also providing internationally recognized certifications including ITIL Foundation and PMI Project Management Ready.

AIBEST Tech Academy - Burgas

The largest edition of AIBEST Tech Academy, organized together with SoftServe and the Municipality of Burgas, brings together students from eight high schools to work in mixed teams on real software development projects.
Supported by mentors from leading technology companies, participants design and build working software solutions before presenting them to a jury of business, education, and institutional representatives at the final event.
AIBEST Tech Academy - Pravets

AIBEST Tech Academy Pravets provides students from the National Vocational High School of Computer Technologies and Systems with the opportunity to tackle real-world software engineering challenges under the guidance of experienced industry mentors.
Delivered in partnership with Experian and other leading technology companies, the three-week programme combines hands-on development, teamwork, and mentorship.
The Academy concludes with participants presenting fully functional software solutions to a jury of business, education, and institutional leaders.
AIBEST Tech Academy - Stara Zagora

AIBEST Tech Academy Stara Zagora brings together high school students from across the region to experience collaborative software development in a real business environment.
Organized in partnership with ICT Strypes, Infragistics, and Scalefocus, the programme challenges participants to work in mixed teams, guided by experienced mentors from the technology industry.
Over three weeks, students design and develop a software platform for a real-world educational use case, strengthening their technical, teamwork, and problem-solving skills before presenting their solutions to a jury of business, education, and municipal representatives.
Advocacy for Quality Education
We work with the Ministry of Education and Science and other education stakeholders to help shape and implement policies that prepare talent for Bulgaria’s knowledge-based economy. By bringing the business perspective into the policy-making process, we support the modernisation of education and its closer alignment with evolving labour market needs.
Vocational Education
AIBEST works with the Ministry of Education and Science to modernise vocational education and training and ensure that it reflects the changing needs of the business services and technology sector. As part of this collaboration, we contributed to the development of the new List of Professions for Vocational Education and Training, approved by the Ministry.
New List of Professions As a member of the relevant Sector Skills Council, we contribute industry expertise to the development of vocational programmes and curricula. Our work also supports their practical implementation through business case studies, learning resources, teacher preparation, and stronger collaboration between schools and employers.
Digitalisation and AI
AIBEST advocates for meaningful digitalisation that strengthens both teaching and learning and the effective management of educational institutions.
Through our participation in the Ministry of Education and Science’s working group on digitalisation, we have contributed to the national vision for digitalisation in education and to the development of guidelines for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in schools.
Our goal is to support stronger digital skills across the education system and the ethical, secure, and pedagogically meaningful integration of AI - not only in the classroom, but also at an organisational and administrative level.
Guidelines for the responsible use of AI Through our participation in the Ministry of Education and Science’s working group on digitalisation, we have contributed to the national vision for digitalisation in education and to the development of guidelines for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in schools.
