Experian Bulgaria won two awards during this year’s employer branding competition, organized by b2b Media. The award ceremony took place last week (on February 16), and the company was recognized in the categories "Employer Brand Leader of the Year" and "Excellence in Stress Management".
Experian Bulgaria won "Employer Brand Leader of the Year" award, nominating Damyan Iliev, Finance Manager for his commitment to numerous external brand initiatives with the University Relations Group, Experian’s collaborations with Bulgarian universities and schools, career shows and other events.
First place for "Excellence in Stress Management" was the second recognition for Experian. The award was received for Experian’s long-term programs and initiatives to support the mental well-being of its employees. The company develops numerous opportunities to support employees such as Mental Health First Aiders Program, Employee Assistance Programs, well-being and engagement events throughout the year.
