This November Hewlett Packard Enterprise and the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria launched the third edition of their joint mentorship program “Incredible Us – Успешни заедно“. The program brings together mentors and mentees from the different companies members of CWBB, providing them with the opportunity to collaborate on various topics. Additionally, it aims to strengthen the ties between these member companies, to increase the motivation of its participants, to prepare them for their next career step and, last but not least, it provides a prospect for growth, as well as for the exchange of valuable experience and knowledge.
This year, the program includes 24 participants from 20 different companies, divided into 13 mentor pairs. The mentoring topics in this edition are entirely selected based on the goals of the participants and cover leadership skills, personal development, human resources, entrepreneurship, business transformations and development. The participants have 6 months of work ahead of them, during which time they will develop their potential and achieve their set goals.
