As part of the growth strategy that DIGITALL has set out in the last year, the company is now establishing a new business location in Warsaw, Poland. By opening its Warsaw branch, DIGITALL aims to further strengthen its positions in Europe and turn the location into one of its biggest hubs in CEE taking advantage of Poland’s strong technology sector and broad talent pool. The new DIGITALL Hub will be led by Bogdan-Razvan Bancila, a professional with over ten years of experience and a proven track record in territory expansion and new account development.
DIGITALL is continuously working on strengthening its presence in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in terms of both diversifying its delivery locations and entering new markets to best serve clients and partners. In this context, the expansion to Poland will further contribute to positioning DIGITALL as a leader in Digital Transformation and Cloud Experience in Europe.
The technology and consulting company has decided to expand in Poland since it is a well-established and world-class destination for shared services centers. The country has one of the most progressive IT sectors in CEE and was ranked among the top 10 destination countries for investment in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) according to the latest FDI Report 2021. Furthermore, Poland offers a favorable environment for business development and a large pool of IT talents with a strong professional background and working experience with global companies.

Bogdan-Razvan Bancila is taking over the management in Poland as Warsaw Hub Manager. Since 2015, Bancila has held different positions at DIGITALL starting as a Cloud Partner Development Manager and quickly transitioning into management positions such as Project and Sales Manager. In 2019, he moved to Barcelona and was responsible for setting up a business location in Spain.
