NVIDIA has recognized SoftServe as its Partner of the Year. Companies collaborate on advanced technologies for virtual reality and AI

NVIDIA has recognized SoftServe, a global digital authority, as an Outstanding Impact Partner of the Year for its significant impact in various areas of expertise, including virtual and augmented reality solutions.

The companies have been working together for more than four years. As part of this partnership, SoftServe develops IT solutions that help businesses maximize the use of NVIDIA platforms and technologies. In 2022, SoftServe became an elite service delivery partner of NVIDIA, a status held by about ten companies around the world.

This allowed the IT company to deepen its partnership with the technology leader by developing an ecosystem of cooperation with NVIDIA. In addition to collaborating on innovative solutions, the partnership involves building the NVIDIA community, which already brings together more than 400 interested professionals. As well as developing joint training programs and courses with SoftServe University that will allow SoftServe engineers to master NVIDIA technologies for future work with customers.

“SoftServe is one of the few elite NVIDIA partners in the world, and both parties are very interested in comprehensive cooperation at various levels. Therefore, we are partners not only in the technological component, but also invest a lot of effort in the development and training of talents. Such a large-scale collaboration, which penetrates all levels of the company, will allow us to achieve significant results in the future,” commented Volodymyr Semenyshyn, EMEA President, SoftServe.

SoftServe covers a wide range of NVIDIA competencies, including AI/ML applications, solutions for virtual reality, and Edge AI (technologies allowing artificial intelligence algorithms to run locally on devices without connecting to the cloud or offsite data centers). The company was honored with the Partner of the Year award for its outstanding contribution to the creation of solutions and practices based on NVIDIA's Omniverse platform for working in a virtual environment.

For example, SoftServe engineers have created photorealistic copies of physical lighting products in virtual space for the French automotive supplier and partner to automakers Valeo. Such a solution allows conducting tests and simulations in augmented reality, which is a much safer, faster, and more profitable option for businesses.

SoftServe's developers are also working on digital avatars that essentially play the role of an advanced chatbot, but with a “human face”. The avatars themselves are based on NVIDIA's Omniverse platform and communicate using generative artificial intelligence technology, which is also utilized by OpenAI for ChatGPT. Such avatars can serve as financial advisors or healthcare assistants, depending on the data they are provided with for training.

NVIDIA designs and manufactures graphics processors, chipsets, and related multimedia software, and is a recognized global leader in its field. SoftServe started working with the company in 2019 and currently has more than 70 specialists specializing in NVIDIA technologies, as well as more than 500 experts working with related technologies.
