Moving from a more traditional paper centric process to a digital one, we are utilizing the used by us Workday platform and e-signature to make the lives of our associates and HR team far more efficient and with added transparency to the process.
E-Admin. What are we doing?
By moving to an entirely online process of administration we will save up to 160 hours of paper maintenance and 20,000 sheets of paper per year. In doing so we will be among the first companies in Bulgaria with a workforce of +1,000 associates to kill the paper administration process.
The move to this electronic onboarding process began in April and we expect up to 100 new starters to benefit from this new approach through to the end of 2021. Furthermore, the existing +1,000 associates will benefit from the more streamlined interaction with HR related to administrative changes.
All labor contract related papers and any additional employer certificates, declarations and other documents, will be provided and signed electronically.
The result of this transformational project is no paper, no scanning and printing, no couriers for documents. A much better experience for our team across all functions of Ingram Micro Bulgaria.
