SoftServe Bulgaria won an award for Employer Branding PR campaign

The award is a recognition of the company's strategic approach in building its employer brand through the "10 Years of SoftServe Bulgaria" campaign, held in 2024.

The Bulgarian office of the global digital and software solutions company SoftServe was honored in the "Employer Branding PR Campaign" category at the Employer Branding Awards 2025 by B2B Media.

The award is a recognition of the company's strategic approach in building its employer brand through the "10 Years of SoftServe Bulgaria" campaign, held in 2024.

"The tenth anniversary of the Bulgarian office is not only a reason to celebrate, but also a reason to tell our story to the wider audience." - shared Evelin Georgieva, Employer Branding specialist at the company, during the ceremony.

Over the past 10 years, SoftServe Bulgaria has grown to 500 employees and opened four offices in the country - in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas, contributing to the development of IT talent and the ecosystem in our country.

Implemented over the past year, the campaign includes targeted work with leading media in the industry, the creation of diverse content formats, and an active presence on social networks to establish SoftServe’s image as a preferred employer and technology leader in the market. The result – over 30 media publications, articles, interviews, and posts on social networks to reach more than 500,000 people.
