Frankfurt, April 4, 2023 – David Laux, co-founder and member of the Advisory Board of DIGITALL, is taking over the top leadership role as Group Chief Executive Officer at the company, effective as of April 1, 2023. With this transition, the company is embarking on a new phase of growth and development that aims to accelerate its further strategic expansion on the core markets of Western Europe, CEE and North America.
With over 25 years of experience, David Laux is a successful entrepreneur and respected leader in the area of technology and consulting. In 2021, he became one of the co-founders of DIGITALL and had since then an active role in the leadership and the Advisory Board of the company. Until 2021, David was CEO of ec4u expert consulting ag - one of DIGITALL’s two predecessor companies that he co-founded in 2000. Prior to that, he held various management positions in companies such as Siebel Systems Inc. and nova data AG/entory AG.
Building upon his extensive expertise in the telecommunications, retail, automotive, manufacturing, life sciences, banking, insurance, and financial services industry, David will drive the company's growth strategy, capitalizing on new opportunities and scaling the business globally.
