• The overall vacancy of retail space in shopping centers in Q4 2019 fell to 9.3% from 9.7% in the previous quarter. The vacancy a year ago was 14%;
• Food and non-food international chains, such as Billa, Lidl, JYSK and PEPCO, continued their expansion in shopping centers and standalone locations;
• The retail sentiment, measured by the volume of retail sales, shows a stable positive trend;
• Total volume for commercial real estate transactions in 2019 slightly exceeded €220M, represented mostly by office and hotel deals.
