Kristina has been a member of the company's team for almost 14 years. During this time, she has held various leadership positions within the organization. Her guidance and support to the whole organization helped the TELUS International's strategic development as the largest company in the BPO sector in Bulgaria and an employer of choice on the market.
TELUS International Europe has 3500 team members in Bulgaria located in three offices in Sofia and Plovdiv. It delivers BPO and ITO services in over 40 languages to leading global companies from high-tech, gaming, and travel and leisure industries.
Globally the company has over 50000 team members in North and Central America, Europe and Asia. The Last year TELUS International acquired Competence Call Center (CCC) which significantly expanded the locations of the company in Europe.
In her new role, Kristina will continue focusing on TELUS International Europe's growth while always paying attention to the people and our corporate social responsibilities.
