HeleCloud announces its status as an AWS Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partner AWS

AWS MSP partner status validates HeleCloud’s expertise in helping customers achieve success in all phases of the AWS cloud adoption process.

London, United Kingdom January 10th, 2022: HeleCloud, a SoftwareONE company, specialising in IT consultancy and managed services provider specialising in highly sophisticated Cloud strategy, implementation, migration and operation services on AWS, announces today that it has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partner status after showing exemplary operational capabilities during a thorough audit process.
Achieving this status demonstrates HeleCloud’s proven track record and experience in providing end-to-end AWS solutions to customers at any stage of their Cloud journey, including planning and design, building and migration, operations and support, and automation and optimisation, to both existing and new customers in the Cloud.

The AWS MSP Partner status recognises that all HeleCloud customers best of class Cloud Operations services, along with the best tools and technology through top-notch AWS environment management. This also validates the technical, cultural, and procedural aspects of Cloud services at HeleCloud, which are outlined in the AWS MSP very high standard of requirements for next generation AWS MSPs.

Dob Todorov, the CEO at HeleCloud, said: “We have achieved yet another important milestone for our business, employees, partners and of course – our customers. This is a testament to all HeleCloud staff, for as we all know, we are not competing against other industry players – we are only competing against ourselves and continuing to improve for the benefit of our customers and business! We’ve built this Managed Services System based on our vision, not based on what others were doing.”

The programme requirements transcend revenue numbers and look into best of breed capabilities, to ensure HeleCloud exceeds the programme requirements as a next-generation AWS MSP. The strenuous audit process consisted of reviewing selected processes, procedures, and evidence to determine that HeleCloud’s capabilities are superior, particularly concerning their Cloud offerings. Notable achievements included HeleCloud’s exceptional score, exceeding the required 91.8% pass mark.

Detelina Vassileva, Head of Cloud Operations at HeleCloud, said: “As a collective, we acknowledged the importance of the AWS MSP Partner badge. Our organisational objective has always been to help our customers effectively use AWS solutions, and benefit from HeleCloud’s AWS experts’ cloud knowledge to avoid common cloud pitfalls that can lead to additional costs and higher security risks. With this badge under our belt, HeleCloud has now officially been recognised by AWS as one of their leading partners – helping customers understand the difference between simply being on AWS and maximising its value.”
