DIGITALL is excited to announce that shortly after it received the Salesforce Reselling Performance award, the company won another great industry recognition, namely the “Innovation of the Year” prize at the Southeast Europe Innovation, Technology and Sourcing (SEE ITS) Awards 2023. This award is another acknowledgement of DIGITALL’s commitment to offering innovative solutions to its customers.
The SEE ITS Awards, held once a year, celebrate outstanding companies in the tech and sourcing sector for best practices and business excellence across Southeast Europe. There are several award categories, such as service provider, business transformation, IT product, etc., and this year, DIGITALL took home top honors in the innovation category. The award ceremony took place on 29th September in Sofia, Bulgaria and the company’s COO and Managing Director for Bulgaria, Yordan Ginev, attended the event and personally accepted the award on behalf of the DIGITALL team.
The “Innovation of the Year” award is given annually to companies for making innovations in the technical field, business processes, or product development, all to improve operational results and advance the industry. This year, DIGITALL fought off the competition in the category and was announced the winner thanks to its SOC service, which is developed by the its Cyber Security team. The DIGITAL SOC offers a modern solution concept, taking a holistic approach to providing fully managed SOC services that offer full transparency and control over an organization’s entire IT infrastructure.
