“Time” is a sensitive philosophical term, and 2020 proved it.
We never “have enough time”- being constantly on the run changes our lives quickly and puts wrinkles on our faces and souls. But time can also mean commitment, loyalty, experience, and these we appreciate high at Ingram Micro. That is why, even in such unprecedented circumstances in 2020 we recognized our colleagues for their long-term service.
This year is of significant meaning for our Managing Director in Sofia – Tony McMurray. He recently celebrated his 25th anniversary at Ingram Micro. He is well known to almost all the associates, as he puts no distance in communication. He respects everyone and talks openly to everyone – he even started an оnline initiative – „Coffee with the boss“. Although he is the boss, for the team he is just Tony. The “25-year-old Tony” at Ingram Micro.
The next awarded – Francis To! Our fun role model being a real master of the data! He has spent 20 years at Ingram – now in the position of Sr. Mgr. Database Design and Admin.
And the only lady in our long-term championship – Ellen Meekels, Director, Process Reengineering. She has been working for the company for 15 years – years full of her sense of humor and wise analytical thought and outstanding support.
We also celebrated all our 3-year-old Ingram colleagues – more than 90 people (out of 1200) who have been with us giving their best for the business, for the team and for their personal career growth were recognized. Thanks for all their efforts, hard work, and dedication!
