Colliers advised the consolidation of Allianz Bulgaria Holding on 6,000 sq m at Park Lane Office Center

Alliantz Bulgaria Holding will gather all its companies in one building. This is expected to become a fact in mid-2021, when the new Park Lane Office Center is scheduled to be completed in Hladilnika area. The appropriate location was identified with the help of the international real estate consulting company Colliers International. It represents and advises Alliantz Bulgaria in the whole process related to the site selection, the analysis of possibilities for gathering the three companies under one roof and finalizing the lease agreement.
