Capita expands by opening a second office in Sofia!

One of our newest members is Capita Experience, the customer experience division of Capita, who recently expanded their presence in Bulgaria by opening a second office in Sofia on 1 April 2024. The new office is not only Capita's largest site in Bulgaria but also a significant contributor to the development of Bulgaria's Delivery centre of excellence.

Delivering customer service outsourcing, Capita Experience combines local knowledge with global perspective to enable their clients to compete, transform and thrive through challenge and change.

This expansion in Bulgaria will enable Capita to meet the increasing demand for multilingual customer experience services from clients in Europe and broaden its reach in the region by providing diverse services and expertise. The Head of Global Delivery, Salma Amara, celebrated this milestone by welcoming the first intake of colleagues, marking a proud moment in Capita Experience's journey in Bulgaria.
