Be Yourself campaign

The labor market in Bulgaria continues to be dynamic, according to a national quantitative survey of the marketing agency BluePoint, conducted in January 2021 by order of TELUS International Bulgaria. It is noteworthy that there is a relatively high proportion of people (about 70%), who say that it is becoming increasingly difficult to find and start a job. When we talk about specific market data, one-third of the respondents share about the presence of prejudice during their job interviews. That's why TELUS International Bulgaria has initiated the campaign "Be Yourself"! The campaign aims to create a dialogue in support of people to keep their individuality and to encourage all of us to be open-minded and respectful to everyone around us. The campaign’s message is to combat the stereotypes when it comes to job, professionalism, talents, age, or sex. 4 popular celebrities and influencers - Grafa, Preyah, Venelin Tontchev Vivo, Iva Rusinova, and Rumi Yonova - TELUS International Bulgaria's most tenured team member - took part in the campaign! On April 21st, during a hybrid event - live and online - TELUS International Bulgaria officially presented their campaign "Be Yourself" in front of the media and the general public. Some of the participants in the campaign joined the event to share their thoughts, as well as some interesting personal stories.
