Celebrating Success at the AMEC Summit 2024 and A Data Pro's 25th Birthday

The AMEC Summit 2024, held last month in Sofia with A Data Pro being the headline sponsor, was a remarkable success, marking a significant milestone in the world of media evaluation and communication research. This year’s summit brought together industry leaders, experts, and enthusiasts from across the globe to discuss the latest trends, innovative methodologies, and the future of media measurement.

It was exactly during this prestigious event, that we officially started the celebration of the 25th birthday of A Data Pro, a remarkable journey of growth and innovation in the data and media analysis sector.


The AMEC (International Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communication) Summit 2024 was a melting pot of ideas and discussions that showcased the evolving landscape of media evaluation. Keynote speakers from various industries shared their insights on how data-driven approaches are transforming communication strategies.

Devora Kotseva and Todor Kiriakov captivated the audience by basing their presentation on some very relevant topics: what information operations (IO) are; how media research can help us detect, monitor, measure, and evaluate IO; how a deep understanding of IO can enhance strategic efforts to strengthen the informational resilience of societies, institutions, and businesses.

Later on stage, an interactive presentation was delivered by Nesein Veli and Amrita Sidhu from the companies Identrics and Medianet. They practically demonstrated that with a well-balanced mix of experience, knowledge, and new technologies – especially during times of transformation in the media and communication space – extremely sustainable partnerships can be achieved.

The final participation from A Data Pro was represented by Philip Manev, who captivated the audience with a practical example of how media analysis can assist an EU diplomatic mission in the Middle East and North Africa in raising awareness of its activities and building a positive reputation in both regions.
