SoftServe Wins Technology for Good Award at DevStyler Tech Elite Awards

SoftServe, a global digital software development and consulting services company was honored with the Technology for Good Award at the prestigious DevStyler’s Tech Elite Awards. This accolade highlights the company’s commitment to leveraging technology to drive positive social impact and innovation through the Open Tech initiative, which gathers hundreds of volunteers: programmers, project managers and leaders of teams, with professional technical skills to support various social causes.

The awards ceremony took place on May 16, celebrating excellence and innovation across the technology sector. With 250 nominees and over 17,000 votes cast, the competition was intense. SoftServe’s recognition in the Technology for Good category underscores the company’s dedication to using cutting-edge technology to address social challenges and improve communities worldwide.

In 2022-2023, the company’s volunteers donated over 7,672 employees' hours to support education by improving the digital educational platform prepodavame.bg, lending a hand to the NGO "Teach for Bulgaria". Also, since February 2023, SoftServe employees are developing a website of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation to promote an active lifestyle among young people, in which they have invested over 8700 employees' hours.

In addition to the success in the Technology for Good category, SoftServe also had several of their team members nominated across various categories, including Top Managers, Top Marketing/PR and Human Resources Specialists, and Top Software Engineers. These nominations reflect the exceptional talent and hard work of the team.

This year, SoftServe is celebrating 10-year anniversary of being part of the Bulgarian IT market and continues working on IT solutions that promote sustainability, enhance healthcare, and support education. SoftServe exemplifies how technology can be a powerful force for good
