The goal of the program was to provide opportunity for personal and professional development of young people (18-29 years old) and to gain first experience in a corporate environment by working directly with senior leaders and coaches from HPE.
It all started with an application process and after a careful review, 20 motivated participants have been short-listed and chosen to join. During the “Inspire by Example” program, they were divided into small groups of like-minded peers and worked on hands-on projects in the following topic areas: Project/Program Management, Process Management, People Leadership, Customer Support and Remote Engineering.
All HPE Coaches have been also carefully selected by solid professional background and leadership skills. One of their key tasks, besides sharing knowledge with the participants, was to empower them to be bold, curious, to fail fast, to learn and improve and to demonstrate one of our company’s core beliefs: WE before I.
On 10th February the program has been closed and all participants have successfully graduated with Certificates, provided by Junior Achievement Bulgaria and HPE. To conclude, we would like to say that this was a memorable journey full of guidance, support and learning opportunities!
