Being a host the company demonstrated its readiness to support young talents and introduce them to their dreamed roles in the very beginning of their career journeys. Hence, we presented various roles in different fields. For second year in a row the event was in virtual format which enabled us to host students from the entire country. The young potentials applied for the following positions: Managing Director, HR Manager, Supply Chain Manager, People Leader of Technical Team, IT Manager and Project Manager. The selected participants (between 16 and 26 years old) had the chance to step into the shoes of our successful professionals. In addition, they learned more about HPE’s values, beliefs, key projects and deals and innovations. Also, they had been introduced to our open door policy and diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. Part of the agenda was an overview of the company’s resource groups (driven on voluntary basis) – their missions, goals, impactful projects and won awards over the years. We put focus on our goal to support and develop not only our team members and their families, but to contribute to the Bulgarian business and social environment.
After the event we received positive feedback from all participants who expressed their gratitude for being able to be part of HPE even just for a day! Our agenda has been recognized as rich and well structured, covering different and interesting topics and giving them the opportunity to actively participate and ask questions during all workshops. Both the students and the HPE experts defined their collaboration as inspiring.
